Brand Identity, Van Livery

"Woofing Fabulous" is a dog grooming business that took root just before the onset of COVID-19, coinciding with my client’s aspiration to shift careers. As a budding graphic designer at the time, I lent my resources and expertise to create her initial brand logo. This emblem stood strong for five years until the client, once again, sought my assistance. She desired to expand the enterprise from a dog grooming establishment into a comprehensive dog services venture, encompassing dog kennels and doggy daycare. This transformation marks a significant chapter in the business's evolution and reflects the seamless fusion of my design skills with the client’s entrepreneurial vision.

The Beginning

The first designs for "Woofing Fabulous" included a logo I created and a van design done by a car vinyl company. The project was sparked by the need to replace the mobile grooming van with a newer, larger one, as well as the plans to expand the business. Looking ahead, we started redesigning the van vinyl, logo, and social media visuals to fit the future growth of the business.

Mobile Grooming

Presenting the fresh design for my clients’s Mobile Grooming Van. The standout feature is the innovative "variable logo," strategically displayed to effectively communicate the different services the brand offers, simplifying client understanding. Notably, the sliding door now showcases contact information instead of being part of the van's body. This smart adjustment ensures that when the door is opened, crucial information remains easily readable. This redesigned van not only serves as a mobile advertisement but also optimizes practicality, reflecting a thoughtful and impactful upgrade to the brand's image.

Social Media

Initially, Facebook served as the main social media platform for "Woofing Fabulous." Given the predominantly local clientele and the business's geographic focus, targeting local blogs and communities on Facebook was a strategic choice. This approach aimed to attract attention within the local area. While we wanted to maintain this strategy, I replaced the logos to align with the design upgrades. Moving forward, the content that will be shared publicly on Facebook will also see an upgrade, reflecting the improvements made to the photo backdrops and bandanna prints. These upgrades not only enhance the brand's visual appeal but also align the online presence with the elevated experience that "Woofing Fabulous" offers its clientele.

Expanding their reach and welcoming more social engagement, I introduced an Instagram account alongside our existing Facebook presence. While both platforms will share similar content, the addition of Instagram opens doors to a broader audience, allowing them to connect with a wider range of potential clients.

Stickers & Decals

I made a short GIF for Woofing Fabulous' social media pages. The logo has a dachshund silhouette with the Woofing Fabulous text. To show we're comfortable grooming all types of dogs, I added silhouettes of different breeds. This quick video highlights that Woofing Fabulous serves all dogs, creating an engaging visual message.
